It should be noted that I am extremely unhappy with my job and office right now and so a little part of my frustration might actually show up here.
What is the best thing about my workplace ?
Free high speed Internet. Thats it. I bring my Lappy along... plug it in... and surf all day long. (I am supposed to work, but now, I have very successfully learnt the art of looking busy !)
What do I hate about my workplace ?
Its in the next fuckin state ! I haveta drive about 80 kms everyday (coming and going). Not to mention 70% of my income actually goes into the fuel to reach work !
What small irritants at the workplace really annoy me ?
Passing the buck, in work or blame. No matter who screws up, in the end, if you arn't loud enough defending yourself, you'll be blamed ! And also the way people say double meaning things to point fingers at you ! AAAARRRGGGGHHHHH !!!!
Describe the actions/quirks of the weirdest person I work with (can be a co-worker, employer, or a vendor if you are self employed)
There is this one dude who refuses to wash his hands everytime he uses the loo ! I've seen him wag his thing, zip up and walk out ! I mean, the wash basin is like a feet away ! USE IT YOU DIRTY BASTARD !
(I've got a mild case of cleaniness disorder) What is one thing that I would change at my workplace to make life a helluva lot better?
Make myself the BOSS ! I'd fire all the losers who know nothing and make the most noise ! Anything less than that is still a pain in the ass !
Pick five songs that I'd like played at my funeral......
Hmmm... I've given this a lot of thought and couldn't really come up with anything. Also I don't think there are many songs that would be worthy enough to be played at 'my' funeral ! :-p So, I think i'd rather like to go with just music. So lets see....
1. Theme of The Truman Show
2. Theme of Apollo 13
3. Theme of Saving Private Ryan
4. An original composition by Hans Zimmer (composed to honour me)
5. An original composition by A.R. Rehman (again, in my honour)
Accompanying this I would also like, a 189 gun salute and detonation of a nuclear warhead (to dig the hole for my grave), all syncronised with the music !
